CMS

An optional addition that lets clients manage content without developer involvement.

$1,000 setup then $100 / month

A clean editing environment that lets clients manage their own content without a developer. A discrete add on to any Website Build — included at build time or added later.

03 — Recurring

Infrastructure Services

Five managed services covering your web presence — available as a combined bundle or individually, alongside database and email delivery.

Infrastructure: Foundations

Domain, hosting, DNS, Cloudflare, SSL, email authentication and uptime monitoring, all in one package.

Foundations is the part of your website and email you never see but cannot do without. It keeps your site online and loading fast, it shields it from attacks and outages, and it makes sure the emails you send actually reach people instead of landing in spam.

Database Management

Provisioning and managing the database that stores your website data, such as form submissions and site generated records.

Email Delivery Management

Manages the outbound email service for website triggered messages such as form confirmations and auto replies. Does not include business email.

04 — Ongoing support

Website Requests

For small updates that don't need a retainer. Pay for the time actually spent. No lock in, no minimum, no fuss.

$45 / hour billed in 15 minute blocks

Available exclusively for websites we've built and manage.

Included

  • Copy edits and text updates across any page
  • Image swaps and visual asset replacements
  • Metadata updates — page titles, descriptions, Open Graph
  • Managed blog publishing — formatting, uploading, scheduling content the client provides
  • Minor layout adjustments within existing structure

Not included

  • New page development or structural changes (quoted separately)
  • Graphic design, illustration, new visual assets
  • Copywriting or content creation (separate service)
  • Work on websites we didn't build or manage
  • Rush or out of hours requests without prior arrangement

Scope check

  • All Website Requests are reviewed by the Account Coordinator before work commences to confirm they fall within minor support. Anything requiring structural development, new pages, or significant functionality is scoped separately.

05 — SEO

SEO Essentials

Search in 2026 is not what it was: AI Overviews now appear across a large share of Google searches, so we track both traditional positions and AI Overview citations.
